1. Offline exhibition
Exhibition period setting: It will be held in the Canton Fair exhibition hall in three phases. Each phase of the exhibition lasts for 5 days. The exhibition period is arranged as follows:
The first phase: April 15-19, 2024
Second phase: April 23-27, 2024
The third phase: May 1-5, 2024
Exhibition period replacement: April 20-22, April 28-30, 2024 External negotiation hours are 9:30- 18:00 daily
Exhibition scale: Areas A, B, C and D of the Canton Fair Exhibition Hall are all used, with an exhibition area of 1.55 million square meters and nearly 74,000 booths.
2. Online exhibition
Platform service time: March 16, 2024 - September 15, 2024, a total
of six months. in:
From March 16 to April 14, 2024, it will enter the preview state and start uploading and reviewing exhibitor exhibit information. Merchants can browse the exhibitor exhibit information uploaded by the company and approved by the review, and plan the exhibition arrangements in advance.
From April 15 to May 5, 2024 (i.e. from behind the scenes to before the closing of the offline exhibition, including the period of exhibition replacement), all functions will be available 24 hours a day (exhibitor connection and appointment negotiation functions will only remain open during this period).
From May 6, 2024 to September 15, 2024, the online platform will
enter the normal operation stage. Except for the exhibitor connection and appointment negotiation functions, other functions will continue to be open.
